Girls in Aviation Day 2024

Girls in Aviation Day is an annual global event launched in 2015 by Women in Aviation International to interest girls aged 8 to 17 years old to pursue careers related to aviation and aerospace.

This year, Women in Aviation Singapore is excited to celebrate its 4th Girls in Aviation Day, anticipating the participation of 350 girls along with their parents, teachers, sponsors and partners on October 19, 2024 at Temasek Polytechnic.

ITINERARY -Registrations Open 9:30 onwards

• 10:00 - 12:00 : On Stage Events
• 12:00 - 13:00 : Lunch Break
• 13:00 - 16:00 : Stem Activities and Workshops
• 16:30 - 18:00 : Networking Event (Optional, for limited participants)

Note

• Please note, that accompanying parents/guardians must register for a ticket (in addition to the student's registration) to gain entry to the event.
• During events organized by Women in Aviation Singapore Chapter Ltd (WAI SG), photographs and videos may be taken and subsequently used on the website or in publicity materials, such as newsletters. WAI SG informs all attendees of Girls in Aviation Day that by participating, they may be included in these images. WAI SG will seek to obtain written consent for image capture whenever possible. However, if obtaining such consent is not practical, attendance at the event will imply consent.
