Event Details

Gen Z Careers in Aviation Day aims to inspire youths and young adults aged 17 to 28 to explore careers in aviation. This outreach program will share insights on industry trends, highlight diversity and inclusion, and present internship and entry-level opportunities from our corporate sponsors.


Participants will benefit from informative sessions, interactive recruitment booths, mentoring workshops, and networking activities. Our goal is to impact 300 youths and young adults from various institutions of higher learning (IHLs), with a goal of having up to 50% female attendee.

    Speed Mentoring
    4:00 PM - 5:00 PMSpeed Mentoring (30 slots per session)
    Registration start at 3.30pm. You can sign up for a 20 min speed mentoring session (4.00pm or 4.30pm) on the event day to gain insights, ask questions, and connect with industry experts. Each mentor will lead a group of 5-6 mentees.
